Legal Address Rental

Minimum lease term – in a standard situation, we offer legal address leasing strictly for one year. Payment is made in advance – upfront for the full 12-month lease period, via a bank transfer to the address owner’s bank account. In situations where you wish to lease the address for a longer period or register multiple companies at once, we can consider discount options.

Receiving mail – in some of the available addresses, it is not and will not be possible to receive correspondence. Therefore, if receiving postal items is planned and important to you, check “Mail forwarding required” in the order form – this way, only those addresses where we can provide processing and electronic forwarding of incoming correspondence will be available to you.

10 companies at one address – this golden standard exists in the industry, but in practice, it simply means that the Enterprise Register (UR), starting from the 10th company application, contacts the State Revenue Service (VID) to determine whether to allow new companies to register at this address. Such an inspection may take a few extra days. This is the only real drawback if 10 or more companies are registered.

Company liquidation at the address – leasing a legal address does not mean you have the right to liquidate your company at this address. This nuance is also specifically emphasized in the lease agreement. Liquidation is possible only upon prior written agreement with the address owner.

Addresses available for lease – address availability and pricing may vary depending on the need for correspondence processing, the company’s financial indicators, etc. Upon evaluating the reputation of the company or entrepreneur, the address owner retains the right to refund the paid amount and decline cooperation. We have not published all addresses on the website, so it is worth contacting us and asking if you need something specific.

Owners of legal addresses – the published addresses belong to various natural and legal persons. Our task is merely to connect someone who has an address with someone who needs it. From there, you communicate with each other, amend terms, make payments, etc.

Frequency of correspondence – in practice, we have observed that companies receive mail very rarely or not at all. Most often, correspondence is related to registration in the VID VAT payer register or outstanding debt obligations with creditors.

Using an e-address – after founding a company, you can create and use an e-address free of charge. It is a state-maintained service to ensure fast and convenient communication with government authorities. Consequently, state institutions will not send letters to your legal address, but rather electronic correspondence to your company’s e-address. However, using an e-address does not cancel the requirement for registration at a legal address.

Change of legal address – this procedure means that specific documents must be prepared and submitted to the Enterprise Register. Usually, changes take effect within 3-5 business days. You can order these documents from us or purchase document templates to save costs. Alternatively, you may choose not to use our leasing service and simply purchase a lease agreement template for a symbolic fee.

Risk address status – The State Revenue Service (VID) maintains a register of risk addresses and decides on the inclusion of new addresses in it. This has no direct correlation with the number of companies registered at a specific address, but rather with the tax payment reputation of those companies. Risk address status means that the Enterprise Register (UR) will refuse the registration of new companies at such an address. In case this status is assigned after a company is registered at the address, it does not impose any direct obligations or encumbrances, only potential complications for registration in the VID VAT payer register.
